Registering with a GP

Everyone should be registered with a GP practice. If you are new to an area or are not already registered, you should register with a local GP as soon as possible.

If you are not registered with a GP and would like to get registered you can click on the following link that will take you to the health website where you can do this: Registering with a GP practice | NHS inform

If you are not sure what to do and would like help to get registered, you can contact the Throughcare and Aftercare Nurse who can support you with this. Click on the following email link and send your contact details if you would like support and we’ll get in touch: TCAC@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk
