You will need to complete a Housing Application form.
This can be downloaded using the link provided, picked up from a local housing office , or you can ask for this to be sent to you.
The application form will ask questions to help build a picture of your circumstances such as:
- Your personal information
- Details on your current housing situation
- Your preferred areas and the type of housing you want to live in. For example: a house with a garden or a flat.
If you need help completing the form or need parts of the form translated into a different language or format, please let us know when you contact us. We will get your local Hosing Champion to support you with this.
Your completed application can be either emailed or posted back to your local housing office.
